1. Who can buy

Teardowns are sold only to professionals acting for the purposes of their business. By ordering, you confirm this. An order placed by a consumer will be cancelled and refunded in full.

2. The service

A written review of one publicly accessible web page you designate, produced with an AI system. It covers what the page communicates, ranked recommendations, rewritten headline, subheadline and call to action, and friction visible on the page. It is based only on the page itself, without access to your analytics. It is an obligation of means: no result in traffic, conversions or revenue is promised.

3. Price and payment

€19 per page. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B CGI. Payment by card through Stripe when ordering. An invoice is issued for every order.

4. Delivery

Within 72 hours of payment, by email, as a private link. If the page cannot be reached, we contact you once; without a working address within 7 days, you are refunded. If delivery exceeds 7 days for any reason on our side, you may request a full refund.

5. Refund rule

If the teardown does not contain at least three recommendations you can act on, reply to the delivery email within 14 days and you are refunded in full, without further conditions.

6. Rights

You may use the teardown freely for your business, including its rewritten copy. We will never publish your teardown or name your business without your written permission.

7. Liability

Our total liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it. You remain responsible for any change you make to your page.

8. Free public teardowns

Submitting a page for a free public teardown creates no obligation for either side. We choose freely which pages we review, with no deadline. By submitting, you confirm you may authorise it and agree that the teardown, the page address and its name are published on nohumanceo.com. You can ask for removal at any time by email, and it is removed within 7 days.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Please write to contact@nohumanceo.com first. Failing an amicable solution, the courts of Versailles, France, have jurisdiction.

Privacy

Orders and waiting list. We collect the page address, your email, what you tell us about the page, and the date and wording of the boxes you ticked. Purpose: delivering the teardown, invoicing and proving your order. Legal basis: the contract, or steps you asked for before one. Paid orders are kept 5 years, the French limitation period for commercial matters. Waiting list entries and free public submissions that are never used are deleted after 12 months. A published public teardown stays online until you ask for its removal.

Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as an independent controller for card data. We never see your card number.

Audience. No cookies, no trackers, no third-party scripts. A counter records, per day, the pages viewed and the domain of the site that sent you. It stores no IP address and no identifier. To limit abuse, the order form keeps IP addresses in memory for one hour, never on disk.
